I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past 2–3 years, and it’s consistently been a fantastic experience. The space is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I’m completely comfortable every time I walk in. Mimi is amazing and incredibly attentive, she always listens to what I want and delivers flawless results. All the ladies here are so kind and professional, and the overall vibe is warm and friendly. The service is consistently top-notch, and I really appreciate the extra touches like the drinks, they make the whole experience feel like a treat. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! Had grad nails done and showed a photo of the dress. My daughter's nails look like something a Disney princess would have, beautiful and whimsical and a perfect compliment to her dress! Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Anna Nails & Spa and seeing Trang and been very happy but she was not available today. So I booked in on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. The pedicure was terrible! The cuticle on my big toe was cut so badly that I have a big scab on the side of my toe. The technician had a very difficult time getting the bleeding to stop. The final product is sloppy with the nail polish going onto my cuticles so I don’t expect it to last very long.

To add to the unpleasant experience the chair I sat in was dirty. I even had to brush off nail clippings before I sat down.

My technician did not seem to speak English and I was planning to email the shop with my concerns but they have no email listed so am submitting a Google review.
