We’re visiting from Vancouver for the week and thought randomly of getting our nails done. We called AT Nail Bar initially to inquire if they’d be able to accept walk-ins. Unfortunately, their availability did not work with our sched. A few minutes later, they called back and said they had a reschedule and they were able to accommodate us. I was just impressed with the customer service even before the actual mani-pedi session. They are very warm and welcoming and I liked how they did my nails. I only regret not asking for the lady who had accommodated us (which i’m assuming is the owner). Thanks again for accommodating us and we’ll see you again on our next visit. ?

I had a wonderful experience with Annie! She did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure, paying close attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect. The service was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I recently had the best pedicure, and I loved everything about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Annie was incredibly skilled, taking great care with every step—soaking, exfoliating, massaging. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the welcome I received today at your beauty salon.

As a customer, I expected a minimum of courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I was greeted coldly, without a kind word or any special attention. I felt ignored and unappreciated, which made my experience particularly unpleasant.
One of the employees was eating chips and didn't even want to come see us. I stood by the door and left the salon.
I regularly go to beauty salons, and this is the first time I've felt so unwelcome. This lack of respect and professionalism damages your establishment's image and causes customers to avoid returning.

I therefore wanted to share my experience with you in the hope that it won't happen again to other clients. A good welcome is essential in the field of well-being and beauty, and I invite you to take this into account to improve your services.
