Excellent job! I took my niece to get her first set of acrylics and I got a French shellac manicure. The price was great and the nailed looked so so cute!! Loved the ladies that did our nails. Will definitely go back!

There are new techs here now that are going to run the business into the ground. The girls that used to work here built up such a reputation that I was devastated when my regular girl left.

But I thought I would go back again because I had been going there since they open under the original name Nails and Beyond.

The girls that are here now need some training for sure. They are lovely people, but the quality of work leaves something to be desired.

My gel is SO thick it's unreal and it's uneven everywhere. My almond shapes mostly go to one side or the other. I have marks all over my fingers from where the Dremel hit my skin.

For my pedicure.... They were using, no joke a dollar store cheese grater.... The bottom of my feet have been so tender since then I can hardly walk.

They also cut nails so low in so many spots that I have several ingrown nails already and one of my toes was cut deeply with the cuticle tool.

It took 2 hours and they were working on nails and toes at the same time and I had to explain at least 6 times the colors and design I wanted despite showing an inspo photo.

Very sad to say, I will not be going back. These new ladies are going to break down a long list of regulars with the lack of care and training.

So disappointing.
