Loved my experiences at Coven so far! I have been here twice and all the staff members have been wonderful. Emery was my piercer both times and was very kind and personable and did an amazing job with my piercings/downsizings (rook and second lobes). Sadie and Tori were both very helpful with choosing my jewelry and again, were super friendly and welcoming. I took my time choosing my jewelry and not once did I feel rushed. Tori was especially helpful with getting a new piece for my helix to match my other new piercings and anodizing it! Overall, Coven is definitely my go to studio from now on and I will be back in the fall for more piercings!

I got my helix pierced by Dee today and it was such a great experience from start to finish!

As soon as I walked in, the front desk team was so warm and welcoming ? Halle was so kind—she gave me a clear breakdown of all the jewelry options and let me know exactly what I’d be spending, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel super straightforward and stress-free. ??

Dee was amazing ?? She was professional, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. She explained everything step by step, took her time to place the stud in the perfect spot for my ear, and made sure I fully understood how to care for it afterward. On top of all that, she just had such a sweet and calming presence—being around her felt really uplifting. You can tell she genuinely cares. ?

Decided on a whim to get my earlobes pierced again, and Google review came up with great reviews for Coven, so I called and made a last minute appointment. They were so professional on the phone, and when I arrived the staff assisting with jewelry selection and check-in were so helpful and answered all my questions, even giving their recommendations for what I wanted, which was very helpful!

My piercer, Dee, was so kind and gentle, particularly precise in her markings for the lobes, which I appreciate. The studio is so clean, I felt very comfortable, and taken care of. All the staff had great energy!

I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a piercing!

We brought our daughter in to get her ears pierced and had the pleasure of being helped by Dee. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient—taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. She never rushed us and was so thoughtful even after the piercing was done. Thank you, Dee, and the whole team, for making our daughter’s first piercing experience such a positive and memorable one!
