needed a haircut asap for an event the next day, showed up at 8:30, plenty of time for a quick cut, nothing complicated. the door was locked and the guy tells me he’s leaving in 10 minutes so he can’t cut my hair. despite their high pricing I thought i’d give them a try but they proved to me they don’t deserve a chance. terrible customer service. if you close at 8:40 just put your hours till 8:30, not 9.
