I recently visited this jewellery shop. The male staff were very polite, helpful, and professional – I really appreciate their customer service. However, my experience with one of the female staff members was disappointing. She seemed to have a lot of attitude and was not welcoming or friendly. It affected my overall shopping experience. I hope the management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with equal respect.
