AWESOME PEOPLE!!!

Nikki is amazing! She’s been incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about memberships and trial sessions for my kids. She’s so kind and always responds to my inquiries promptly.

Jason is fantastic! He greeted us with a warm welcome and is clearly a knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced instructor. From what I’ve seen, he goes above and beyond to make sure my kids feel like they belong. He paired them with more experienced members who guided and mentored them during their trial days, which my kids truly appreciated.

Everyone at the gym is wonderful—staff, parents, and members alike. The people here are incredibly kind and positive!

First came to this place because it’s right next to my workplace to try and get fit. But I found it to be super fun to learn Muay Thai so I ended up sticking around. The coaches are super nice and they teach in a very easy to understand way. The physical requirement is a bit steep but over all very beginner friendly.

My daughter and her friend have done 2 trial classes and LOVED them. Great coach, he really gets them going. They have started there membership today (Monday) for 2 days a week. When there finished class there attitudes are awsome and there so excited for them next class
I can't wait to see them improve and learn new skills.

We have attended two trial classes for my son. They have been so accommodating with his special needs. The teachers are awesome. And the administration that I have been in communication with through email has gone above and beyond. Her name is Nikki and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has given me so much reassurance and encouragement. We have really loved our experience so far. I would recommend to everyone to join. Great for developing athletic skills, dedication and social interaction!
