I saw nurse Niki on July 9 for Botox for crows feet and a little eye lift situation but wanted to look natural - just like myself but if I'd slept well for once. She ended up suggesting Dysport instead of Botox which requires more units at $8/unit. Whatever she said, I agreed to, I was so nervous!

It's July 12 and it's already kicking in and I am OBSESSED. I already feel so much more confident and I don't look like a Real Housewife of Calgary at all. I'm delighted.

I travelled 15 hours to see Tanya for my second Nuceva treatment!! The results from my first visit with her were so natural and symmetrical. She is so detailed and methodical, marking the exact spot with precision before injection. She takes her time and her attention to detail shows!!! She is a mature woman who recognizes a little goes a long way and doesn't push multiple treatments of high dosages. She is such an authentic, approachable, warm woman- so easy to talk with. Just when I thought things couldn't get better- the price of treatment was much less than I'd paid in the past. Very reasonable! Thankful for Tanya- it's amazing what a little treatment can do for my confidence!

I have been seeing nurse Nikki for over 2 years now, to say she is incredible is an understatement. I love her attention to detail and soft touch. She is so easy to talk to and truly listens to what you are looking for. Also, the prices offered are some of the best in the city! I highly recommend booking an appointment.

I had 36 units of Dysport placed in my forehead, 11’s and an eyebrow lift just over 6 weeks ago - the entire 6 weeks I’ve had basically full movement and visible lines/wrinkles in those areas, which leads me to believe something went wrong during the injecting process. I would expect that with 36 units I would have very little or no movement at all. I have tried calling the clinic multiple times over the past week and can never get ahold of anyone - there also doesn’t appear to be any email address either. I feel disappointed that I spent $300 and have nothing to show for it. I would previously get around 24 units of Botox (at a different clinic) and always had the results I was looking for. The injector that I saw was very nice, professional and the price was great. I don’t want to be the one to complain about someone online, but I wish I could get ahold of anyone at the clinic to see if something can be done to rectify this situation.

Thought it was ok until my filler was large bumps on my lips. I went in to see Nikki again and was told we can dissolve it and redo but you’ll have to pay full price again. After research this problem looks to be poor injection technique. Face Equation would rather you walk around botched then fix and correct their mistakes. So I look like I have cold sores on my top lip!
Every plastic surgeon I’ve seen fixes their work for free. My mistake was coming here.

Editing to add photos Oct 1 2024. This is a year and 6 months of lip filler that face equation did for me that did not dissolve on its own. Yes it looks like cold sores on my top lip it’s so lumpy. The bottom is fine!
