This was my first time visiting this nail salon in Calgary, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff Tiffany were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I absolutely love how my nails turned out — the color is vibrant, the shape is perfect, and the whole process was relaxing and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the care and quality they put into their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service and professionalism at Go Beauty Nails and Spa! Being color blind, I always struggle with choosing the right shade for my nails—but Tiffany never fails to surprise me with her perfect selections every single time. She’s incredibly talented and always gives me a beautiful and memorable experience. I receive so many compliments after every visit! This place has truly become my go-to sanctuary on my days off. Thank you, Tiffany, for making each appointment so special!

I found this place through my friend when she posted a picture of her nails. When I was talking to Ly, the owner, she was so nice and patient as I had so much questions and sent her numerous photos asking If she was able to do them. I also asked my mom and my cousin to come check her out and if they wanted to come with me. My mom had an earlier appointment and went without my cousin and I. My mom said she was super friendly and that they talked and laughed about so many things. My cousin and I then went hours after. She greeted us and I instantly loved how friendly she was. She even offered drinks and snacks while getting our nails done. She was smiling all the time which I love. She also made conversations with me and my cousin which was nice. Her home salon is small yet clean and cozy. She took very good care of mine and my cousins nails. She was gentle and asked if i liked how my nails look before moving on. Her service prices are very reasonable. Ly overall is very nice and friendly woman, and will make sure you have a great time while at her salon. Definitely will be going back again with my mom and cousin especially during christmas to get our festive nails done ;) Highly recommend this place!!

poor service with many unsolicited comments about me.
manicure colour came out streaky, lumpy, with paint on my skin, and it chipped within hours. photos attached show how bad it turned out.
getting a refund was a frustrating and drawn out process which lasted 4 to 5 days.

I wouldn't have felt the need to post a review if I hadn't had such a bad experience with the refund process.

I only have one debit card and they repeatedly accused me of trying to use another one for a refund, which I wasn't. Sent them proof, but were unwilling to work with me on it.
I don't live near the salon and came down with illness the morning after visiting them, but was made to drive across town while using a mask and cane to get a refund, as they wouldn't send an etransfer when their machine wouldn't process the refund.

if an employee isn't skilled in something a client is requesting, like removing false nails or painting with gel, it is okay to share that and to not attempt something they're not yet able to do well.

I am very disappointed at the response from the owner and do not intend to respond further.

I just had a bad experience, which was made worse by their unwillingness to help me to not have to drive across town while sick to get a refund and their lack of flexibility.

Other reviews show that most people have a great experience, so I think thay this is uncommon for them, which is good.
Best of luck to them, and hopefully no one else has a poor experience like mine.
