I love this place ! The team is so nice and warm!
They have been doing an amazing work on my hair ! I'm always leaving with a fresh and nice haircut. I love the way they listen to my needs and bring me some adapted advices. You'll never get out of there unsatisfied!

Great atmosphere and awesome service! I decided to go with Lisa based on the reviews and she always does a fantastic job. I get compliments all the time on my hair now!! Lisa is also fun to chat with and I enjoy our conversations each time I visit :) She gives great tips on styling and I am left leaving the salon looking like a million bucks. SCAMMED. Tried this salon for the first time after seeing great reviews. I called and also emailed them images along with a detailed description and images of what I wanted for my hair. I was originally quoted around $180, which seemed reasonable.

After booking and arriving at the salon, they examined my hair and gave me a new quote of $220 after reviewing my hair. I thought that was fair and agreed to proceed. However, by the end of the appointment, when it was time to pay, the final cost came to $325 — which I found insane, especially considering the results.

My hair didn’t turn out like the images I had sent and discussed with them in person. The color was minimal (maybe 1/5 of my hair was covered in the colour when I wanted closer to 1/3), and the end result actually made my face look wider and length way shorter than I wanted. (I said do not cut it short, want to keep length) — definitely not the look I was going for.

The stylist was friendly, but overall, the experience was very disappointing. I even asked friends and family about the cut and they have given it a 1-2/10 (1-worst, 10 best) and even suggested me to go to another salon to get it fixed. I’m not happy with the final outcome, and I still don’t understand how the price increased so much beyond the quoted $220.

First, I never commented on the color itself, but now that you’ve brought it up—it really doesn’t match the reference photos I provided. Please see the attached images for comparison.
However, the main issue is the haircut. It’s extremely choppy, uneven, and completely different from the style I requested. I honestly don’t understand how this could be considered the haircut I asked for—again, please refer to the photos and judge for yourself (I only showed an example on my right side, it is just as bad on the left and back side). Given the overall quality of the cut and the final result, how on earth does this service justifies a $325. This experience has been incredibly disappointing—it feels like a bride’s worst nightmare, or truly, anyone’s. The cut looks very unprofessional.
