I love getting my nails done here, Beautiful shop with massage chairs and every colour you could ever imagine for nails. They do a perfect job every time, thank you! Very clean and everyone is so nice ?

I love this nail salon. Loan and her team are a wonderful group of ladies that go above an beyond in the execution of their services. I’ve been to many salons and the attention to detail they apply is better than I have seen at most places, including expensive spas. They take care with your nails and nail beds to keep they growing healthy. You can see they genuinely love what they do and want the best outcomes for their clients.

The facility is always very clean and you see the evidence when they are cleaning up between clients and throughout the business day. They also have air purifiers that get rid of smells and clean the air and surface from viruses and bacteria!

I always feel like I am welcomed into a warm community of friends when I have my services with Loan and her team at Hawaiian Nails!

The ladies here are always willing to go above and beyond on my nails. I'm always impressed with every set i get done. The atmosphere is very friendly and super clean. Definitely top quality service. Wide variety of nail colours to choose from so thats also a plus! would recommend

I really don’t want to give this poor review because there are so many talented artists here. I’d been here a few times and I really wanted this place to work out. The owner was doing my nails on Sunday, and the process that should have taken 45 min for manicure, took 2 hours while the shuffled other clients in and out. She was wanting to leave my nails longer, but I asked her several times to make them shorter and she refused. I then showed her a photo of the length I wanted (I was not being unreasonable as they had taken my nails to preferred length multiple times before so I’m not sure why this time was different), and she got upset and flustered, saying now it will take her longer to do my nails because “I changed my mind”. She didn’t just reprimand me once, but multiple times while I was there, degrading me in front of the other staff and clients saying that I make her crazy. Letting me continue to wait extra time while they worked on other clients. On top of all this she told me that the other day someone tipped her 100$ because the client was so happy with her nail, completely manipulating me. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I left crying. I felt so dumb crying over nails, but I guess this is my turn. This is not the way to run your business.

Also something I noticed: they don’t take formal appointments. If you call they just tell you to come in. And so that can overwhelm staff by having too many clients in the shop. This reduces quality. Some staff even work 7 days a week and I’m not sure if that’s legal.

WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD!!

I recently moved to the area, and I read online that they give great foot massages with their pedicures. i was excited to try them out. I called and booked last minute on a busy Saturday afternoon. I walked in, and the place was DEAD around 3pm.

They filled the water bowl with JUST water. They didn't put any foot soak in it. Yep, just plain water! No relaxing, vibrating foot bath at all, either. Every pedicure I've ever had the bowl is filled with a blue foot soak that cleans, gets rid of bacteria and smells yummy. It also vibrates for a nice relaxing experience.

She started removal of my shellac, did a bit of cleaning under my foot, painted one coat of shellac color (not two like most places) threw on some unscented cheap lotion quickly and sent me out the door. No foot scrub, no massage and no relaxing foot soak. Isn't that what getting a pedicure is for to RELAX?

I had to ask 3 times if she could clean my feet properly after washing my feet off in dirty water, crusts of left over shellac and floating dead skin. GROSS!

I was charged a whopping $60 for this awful budget pedicure. She suggested i pay $15 more next time ($75) if i want the foot soak package with the rock massage.

They must be trying to cut costs it was definitely a budget pedicure with the expensive rate!

Sorry I won't be back. I love my monthly pedicures, but this definitely won't be the place that gets my business.
