After getting my boys from school, I decided to take them for hair cuts. I c allied to see if I can book an appointment, but was told just walk in. So drive over to see two people ahead, no problem, I’ll wait. A group enters right after me, followed by a few other boys individually and finally a mom and her son walking and rushing to the chair. I thought we’d be the 4th in line. No!!!!! They started taking people after me. So I asked there’s a line no?! The Barber I t be first chair responds they are all appointments. So I said, I called you to book an appointment to which you said walk in. If you knew you had appointments why tell me to walk in?! He said there was no one in the store. So within 20 mins her just started having all their appointments arrive?!

So what they do here is give their existing regular clients the priority and an unfamiliar face (although I have taken my boys here for a while now) is given last priority.

We waited because we already had wasted our time.

The older barber did my youngest sons hair (my son is 6). He was extremely rough. And pasted a bunch of gel on his hair - didn’t even ask me or my so. If he wanted that. Left all the hair on his face, behind his ear and clothing. He didn’t even care to brush the hair off. He had a smile out side but mean demeanour inside. My son told me afterwards how he was rough and he didn’t like the experience at all. And my 6 year old enjoys a good hair cut.

My eldest sons hair cut came out good. He had a younger barber. He did clean him up after the hair cut so he didn’t look like a mess like my younger son.

Overall, if you’re a boy mom looking to get a haircut here, think twice. Never do a walk-in because it is most likely not guaranteed. I’ve been here several times to them just telling me it’s appointments all all people walking in after my boys. Secondly, the older barber is very rough, perhaps he lost his patience in cutting hair. My son doesn’t even move, he’s been getting g his hair cut since he was 2. And he enjoys trendy haircuts. This visit will be my last.

Seriously disappointed.
