I have has the micro needling for my pigmentation. My spots have started breaking down. I definitely need a few sessions. Can't wait to get more treatments. So many to choose from. The staff are amazing. I can see the results and looking forward to clear skin.

I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Jack Nathan Medspa as a warning to other potential customers. What began with attractive promises quickly turned into a frustrating and concerning situation.

During my consultation, I felt uncomfortably pressured into signing a contract without being given adequate time to review the terms. The sales approach felt aggressive rather than informative, focusing heavily on getting my signature rather than ensuring I understood what I was committing to.

Upon careful review at home, I realized the contract contained terms I was not comfortable with. I immediately contacted them THE VERY NEXT DAY to cancel, believing this would be a straightforward process since I had just signed. To my dismay, they refused to honor my cancellation request, pointing to fine print in their contract that apparently makes it nearly impossible to exit.

The most disappointing aspect of this experience is how quickly their customer service attitude changed once I signed the contract. Before signing, they were attentive and accommodating; afterward, they became rigid and unresponsive to my concerns.

I strongly advise potential customers to:
- Request a copy of any contract to review at home BEFORE signing
- Read every detail, especially regarding cancellation policies
- Trust your instincts if you feel rushed or pressured

A reputable business should stand by their services without resorting to high-pressure tactics and inflexible policies. Unfortunately, my experience with Jack Nathan Medspa suggests they prioritize locking customers into contracts over customer satisfaction and fair business practices.

If anyone wants to do the skin treatments with them, please do not go to them. My experience was way worse with them, i wish i can give them 0 stars, I went to Ayesha back in december for my PRP but due to some reasons i was unable to continue so i contacted ayesha to give me the refund, she gave me accountant email and said email on this, I emailed multiple times but no one answered, i had to go back every week to their just to ask for my money. Then again they deducted one more payment on my card in january 2025, i mean they didn’t gave me the first refund and now they deducted second payment. I went to the clinic and confronted Ayesha, she told me i returned this payment and you’ll receive it within 2-3 business days and for the december payment, i can give you back right away, i received it but now i am waiting for my january, i mean you have such big clinic and you don’t know how to deal with clients and now they are not answering to any of my emails or my phone calls. I am attaching all the proofs, so everyone can see.

Updating my review, as they said by themselves that it would take 14 business days for the refund and i am waiting for my refund from january 17 so does it takes a month. I also have the recording with me from their employee where they say that it’s already processed but it’s not. Lemme know if you guys want that recordings as well.
