Needed a last minute booking on a weekday and love that they have online booking available! The space is clean and modern. Their pricing is so fair and transparent. Highly recommend and definitely going back! ◡̈

Great establishment, very nice, clean, pleasant and professional staff. I had many disappointments with other places before. Not this one!!! The nails were done just like I asked and it looks wonderful. Also, feels good, in the past I had painful experience. This is highly recommended for pampering!

Booked in for acrylic toe new set overlay and UV gel extensions for my hands and allotted nail art add on, French tip add on in my booking online. I was so looking forward to this appointment as these are meant to be my birthday nails and for an upcoming fashion show I am walking in. I was so excited to get my nails done and I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of nails and experience I had.

I booked in at 1:30pm, had my acrylic overlay on my toes done first, I showed the tech Amy and another girl my intentions for my feet and hand designs, French in the toes and a French/ombre/eclectic design for my hands, the other tech said they would be able to work with this hand design but might not make an exact match which I agreed was reasonable and agreed to the same. I stated I was happy to work with them to find an easier design. Amy was professional and kind and did a good job with the French design, but it took until 3:45 to finish.

We moved over to hands nails and started at 3:50, the shop closes at 5pm on Sundays and I could tell she was rushing, I was asked if I wanted bio gel versus UV gel as I booked and I asked the difference and was told “not much difference they are the same, I asked the price difference and was told $5 I agreed to pay the same. I felt so rushed for my hands, the quality of extensions application was crooked, and when I asked the tech she said “ we will fix it later”, when asked about the design I pulled up my initial inspiration photos and was told “it was too complex” so I showed a simpler version and was told “the green is too light for French and will take too long” at this point I was not happy with the shape of my nails, and felt there was not enough time to complete a design i was going to be happy with. I opted for cat eye due to the colours being closest to my inspo photos and was told that it was “not possible to do a French tip with the cat eye polish” I then asked to use a regular shellac safe green instead to do a French tip with and was told “it’s too light to do a French tip”

It was now 4:45 and she was rushing to apply full nail cat eye application in stead of French, I asked for the original nail art (sun and stars) this took until 5:45 and once completed I noted the shape was still not correct, nails were not even, and the design was not what I wanted. I expressed this and my frustration and felt so defeated. After having spent from 1:30pm-5:45pm I was so exhausted and frustrated I just wanted to leave.

I thanked Amy for her time and effort but told the front desk girl that I was here much longer than expected and that it was quite the effort to find a design the tech was comfortable doing, and that I was not happy with the results.

I expected to pay:
Acrylic overlay on toes $75 * French $15
I chose the $55 pedicure
UV extensions $85 plus $15 nail art

Total expected before tax: $245

I saved up for this and when I left I ended up paying

$270 as I was charged $20 for nail art which was less than what I asked in my original design and $15 for ombre which is fine.

I felt that overall, the pedicure was rushed and for $55 add on to the overlay was not worth it, she barely scrubbed my heels; and hurt my toe when using the electric file, and majority of my appointment was spent doing my toes and that there was not enough allotted time for the tech to do my nails resulting in poor quality and limited options for designs. I felt pressured to pick a design that I didn’t want for sake of time and when I asked about crooked shape and designs and colours I felt ignored.

Overall the spa is an aesthetically pleasing environment; but I do feel that the undertone of the appointment was poor and rushed and this ended up in low quality nails and left me in tears on my drive home.

I am very disappointed.
