My first trip to the salon. It's clean open and classy. Robyn was my stylist and listened and interacted well with me. I was extremely happy with the cut and style. Very good experience overall and I will definitely go back.

Tanya did an amazing job on my hair. I came in with my natural colour which is a light coppery brown and asked her to neutralize the red tones without bleach. She got me exactly to my reference pics and now its been a bit over 2 months and my hair still looks great!

Went in for my first time to see my hair stylist Julia who recently joined the karma salon team in Mahogany. Off the bat, as soon as you enter the salon it’s the most wonderful atmosphere to be greeted with. The receptionist immediately checks you in and takes your coat and offers you coffee, tea, and water. In terms of services, Julia killed it as always! She takes so much time and care into her clients and you feel so special everytime you go see her. She has a vast knowledge of colour theory and will take the time to discuss your hair goals and answer any questions on hair care/maintenance you may have. She has been my go to for the past 2.5 years and I will gladly follow her anywhere.

Gorgeous place, super friendly customer oriented people. They definitely know their stuff I had Taylor F do a root touch up she did such a great job and is a super sweet girl. Definitely somewhere I will return in the future.

brought my four year old in for her first haircut experience the stylist (courtney) was not very kind. ontop of that the cut is not at all what i asked for (a BLUNT cut) with face framing. this is literally the most basic haircut you can ask for. the face framing on one side much thicker then the other side and the bottom is not blunt at all. she also charged me for a wash and cut but didnt even condition her hair in the bowl.

so sad that this was my girls first experience.
