Harpreet was really nice and provided great knowledge on hair styling and hair care. I got my balayage done yesterday, which turned out really nice as I described I wanted and showed her pictures of. Efficient and caring service! My hair is much lighter, soft and glossy too. Thanks so much!

Hi again, I recently went to the salon for my hair smoothening treatment (end of June 2025), which went very well. Harpreet and her colleague are very well experienced and took the time to go through each step with me of the treatment. Harpreet also explained after hair care routine, and suggested products. I washed my hair after the 3 days waiting period and my hair remained straight and flawless. Just a small background on my hair type, it’s heavy and quite curly, and I’m from indian background too. So Harpreet and her team really understand my hair type and how to provide precise care and attention. I added few pictures of my curly hair to smooth hair (I’m wearing a pink tshirt in the recent pictures), so to show the difference after the smoothening hair treatment. Thanks so much!

I had my lashes done by Harpreet and it was such a relaxing experience. She made me feel so comfortable right away with her positive vibe and friendly conversation. Not only did my lashes turn out perfect, but I left feeling totally stress-free. Highly recommend her if you want great lashes and a calming, enjoyable experience!

I’m sharing this review to warn others about a very painful and disappointing experience I had at kinder Salon .I went in for a laser treatment and ended up with a visible burn on my skin. The technician, Harpreet, performed the procedure and was unprofessional and careless throughout.

When I went back to the salon to report the burn and seek help, I was shocked by their complete lack of concern. Neither Harpreet nor the staff took any responsibility or offered proper aftercare advice. I was treated as if my injury didn’t matter.

Laser treatments can be serious, and they should be handled with care and professionalism—none of which I received here. I strongly advise others to beware and not trust this salon for laser treatments. Your safety and skin health are too important to risk.

Worse place for hair cut and Spa treatment .. never ever go for haircut to this place.. you will always regret.. I asked for layers and this is what they did.. I can not see a single layer and it looks more like messy hair cut.. big regret!!

Moreover, they don’t wash your hair properly, and leaving Shampoo on the scalp leads to dandruff..

I also had the spa treatment and it is worse service I ever had! They apply spa cream in a same way they apply shampoo.. Massage machine stoped working in middle of treatment and they continued anyway without following proper steps!

And when I asked for compensation for lack of service and professionalism they refused..

Not professional at all…never go for hair treatments..
