My daughter purchased a belt and received very friendly service, but then needed to exchange it because it wasn't the right size.
Upon doing the exchange, we were helped by Brandon, and he was very professional, genuine, and kind. I'm not sure if all Lammle's are like this, but I'd highly recommend this one.

I came in looking for my first pair of cowboy boots, and Leo was helpful from start to finish. Not only did I walk out with a super comfy and stylish pair, but it also feels like I’ve officially completed a rite of passage as a true Calgarian! I highly recommend this location.

Visited this store while travelling with my cousin with the intention of purchasing cowboy hats. Laura warmly greeted us and not only helped us with sizing, but educating us about cowboy hats overall: how they're sized, what's the difference between a $50 hat and a $500 hat, types of crowns, shapes, how to properly hold them and maintain them.

After purchasing the hat, I realized carrying it on the flight home was going to be extremely difficult. I returned the hat with the tags in place. I was helped by the very friendly Anika, who didn't have any problem accepting the return. But after discussing why I was returning the hat, she helped me source the hat on the Lammle's website, which offers free shipping over $75 (at the date of this review). So I could travel home without the cumbersome task of carrying a cowboy hat.

Now I'm eagerly awaiting my Master Hatters Casino XXX Cattleman Cowboy Hat!

No acknowledgement upon entry while waiting at the register, I have to stand in a special spot to be acknowledged?

Staff was very cold, didn't feel welcome while receiving service here. I'll take my western wear shopping elsewhere.

If you wanna be insulted by rude staff here is the place to be went in to check out the boots i asked one of the girls that was just standing there looking at her phone she said shes busy I picked up a pair off the shelf she said dont touch the products I was like huh what you want me to buy a pair without touching them or trying them on? she scoffed and walked away i dont know what to say just dont go here i guess they are able to stay in business with their crazy prices for low quality murchandise other stors sell same stuff for cheaper go there much better service too.
