I just had my first visit to Mona Nail Salon, and I’m honestly blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a calm, relaxing vibe that made me feel comfortable right away.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time, but Mona team exceeded every expectation. They took the time to ask what I wanted, offered expert suggestions, and paid such close attention to detail throughout the entire process. My nails have never looked this good — perfectly shaped, flawlessly polished, and exactly the design I envisioned.

You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. The products they use feel high-quality, and the entire experience felt luxurious without being pretentious.

If you’re thinking about trying Mona Nail Salon for the first time — do it! You’ll walk out feeling pampered, polished, and already planning your next appointment. I know I am!

Every time I’ve been my nails are absolutely perfect and that is saying a lot because I am super OCD and particular about my nails. They always have to be perfectly shaped, The colour selection is amazing and it’s always extremely clean in the salon. I need my nails short for work, and I find every other salon fights with me telling me they won’t look good, the ladies at Mona always do exactly as I ask they will give me advice but they always listen.

All the ladies are SO lovely!! Very friendly and kind. I think I am a bit rough with my nails due to my job or one of my nails doesn’t like the gel but I needed a couple repairs and they fit me in right away to fix it. Highly recommend.

Moved to NW and found Mona Nails! It was fantastic—Evon did my nails and had great attention to detail. Tina did my pedicure and made me fall asleep it felt so relaxing! Her paint job was great too! Think I found my new nail salon! Will for sure be a regular!

I went to Mona Nail lounge for the first time and got a bio gel manicure and pedicure done. Yvonne is amazing at pedicures which is why I’m giving my review 1 star. My appointment took over 2 hours and I had 3 different nail tech works on my nails. For starters, Vanessa was really struggling with the bio gel application and got the gel all over my fingers. She was rushing to get my nails done and did not take her time with shaping. I noticed that the other techs doing nails would ask their client to get up and rinse their hands from the dust, but Vanessa decided to quickly paint over my nails. I’m extremely disappointed with the bio gel application as there are a lot of air bubbles and the nails are not evenly shaped. You can see the dust particles that are under the nailpolish. The nails on my right hand are a lot longer than the nails on my left. Mona came over to fix my nails in the end when Vanessa decided to take on a different client not even halfway between my appointment. I know Mona tried her best to fix my nails with painting the French tip and trying to narrow them out but in the end that was also a rush job because she wanted to take on another client to finish cleaning their cuticles. I definitely won’t be returning back here. I’ve paid $160.00 for a set of nails that are botched and I can’t even have them fixed as I will be leaving on vacation tomorrow morning. Lesson learned, this is not the nail salon for me.
