I recently decided I would give this place another chance as the first go around it was extremely busy and I felt I could not provide it an honest review.

I had visited and had picture of the type of nails, style and design. The language barrier is very bad here as they could not explain the colour wanted is not something they had instead painted my nails a colour that they thought was similar. I had an appointment and was then having to wait an hour 40 minutes before getting in a seat. Once seated, I was in the chair for 3 hours. Extremely slow, nails very thick, I did not see any proper sanitizing of products/equipment used from one person to the next. For the time taken I believe there are other places that would do a far better job with keeping clients appointment times.

I gave 2 stars as the one lady tried her best to communicate and was overly sweet apologizing almost embarrassed of why it was taking too long.

Cons: I called over a week prior as there were mutilpul things I wanted done. When I arrived it seemed like they had no idea what was happening. I got a full leg wax kind of..... I had to go back into the room and show her where she missed huge patches of hair. The lady tried to tell me the hair was too shot... I had been growing it for several weeks and when she went back she was able to get most of the hair yet here I am the next day tweezing my legs.
I had to keep reminding them of what I wanted. As seen in photos I got shellac mani/pedi they seemed rushed and didnt take the time most will with rubbing your legs and arms.
My personal items were moved without my knowledge and when I went to find them I found a person in place of my items. With no apologies for moving my items.
For the amount I paid at the place I would NOT recommend.
Pros: Nice girls. Lots of colours to pick from, almost a bit overwhelming.

Got there and was told my nail technician had called in sick. Understandable. But than they put me with a new girl who was not ready to be on her own yet. Next time please just say you cannot do them instead of wasting my time and money. The pictures say it all. Unfortunately I will not go back now.
