Always an incredible experience with Shaun when it comes to your hair! He’s a magical when it comes to blondes! He’s been styling my hair in Vancouver and now here in Calgary, has helped me maintain my bright blonde while keeping it healthy. I always leave the salon feeling like a new person, not to mention how much of a treat he is to talk to! By far my favourite stylist I’ve had, highly recommend booking in with him!

I always go to see Hope as she’s my go to for all things hair, for the past few years. I followed her from the extensionist to painted pretty, she’s absolutely amazing and so skilled in what she does. The staff are so accommodating, and if I can’t get in to see Hope then I will ask for Courtney, she’s so sweet and amazing also! Does amazing curls. Everyone’s so sweet and accommodating. I recommend these two girls and this location to everyone I know. Prices are reasonable too.

I had a lovely experience with Dani. Although I didn’t get my hair done by her, she ordered in some hair extensions to the salon for me when I wasn’t able to get the website to work to ship them to my house. She was back and forth with me for days keeping me in the loop over instagram when the shipping company had tried to deliver them when the salon was closed. She was such a pleasure to talk to and her customer service skills were amazing. I can’t wait to book an actual service with her in the future.

I have been seeing Kendra for extensions + foils + haircuts for 3 months now and she has been incredible. She nails my colour every time. She is extremely talented as well as personable. I have zero reservations in leaving things up to her now, as I know she knows best for what I want and what my hair can handle. I now tell her to do what she thinks will look best on me, and she does not disappoint. My colour has turned out perfect every single time and my hair has remained healthy even when transitioning from ‘bronde’ to blonde. Highly recommend Painted Pretty and especially Kendra. Thank you ?

I got extensions at this salon and paid a LOT for them... close to $1600 after install.. only for them to shed by handfulls in the shower amd during sleep. After 2 months in, the hair was disastrously thin.. it looked awful. I contacted the salon owner to complain and hopefully find resolve because I had saved for a year to get these extensions... she told me to send them in and she would send them away to the manufacturer. I sent them back and she told me that it looked like an issue with how I cared for them.... This was the second set of extensions I had gotten with this salon - I used expensive shampoo from their salon and followed the exact same hair care routine and had zero issues with my previous experience.... I did tell her this, however I never heard back from her. I called numerous times and never got ang resolve..... I would have liked to have been a repeat customer for the rest of my life but thks experience left me with such a sour taste in my mouth.. save your money and go somewhere where they care about their clients.
