Had a great experience with Merle from the moment I inquired online to the moment I walked out the door. She took the time to go over what we would be doing and helped me get comfortable before doing anything. I honestly wasn't 100% sure about what I wanted done to my hair but I knew I needed a change. Merle helped me decide on partial highlights and I am beyond happy with the results ! She was so pleasant to chat with & she made sure I was well taken care of. So glad I checked her salon out, will be returning!

Got a haircut, deep conditioning and style from Merle! Would 110% recommend her! She helped me find what would suit my face features, and gave me good ideas on styling my hair. She made me feel comfortable and kept the conversation flowing. She also gave me an amazing head massage! She's the best!

This is the first time I have visited this establishment and I can’t say enough bout Merle’s professionalism, cleanliness, relaxing environment and commitment to achieving the results you want. She was able to create the exact shade of subtle highlights I wanted.
I received so many compliments. More than I ever have when I have had my hair done previously for much more cost at other salons. This is a stylist who listens to you! I will definitely be back.

I came to Revive after 5 years of not letting anyone cut my hair. Right away, I felt so comfortable with Merle. She was so friendly, so informative, and she let me decide what to do every step of the way and give suggestions when I was unsure. She was easy to talk to and made the process so smooth and easy for me. I walked out of there with such healthy, beautiful hair that I was shocked at how she managed to revive my hair. I recommend Merle and Revive to everyone and anyone, and I can guarantee that I’ll be back every couple weeks specifically for her!!!! Thank you so much Merle, after years of not trusting anyone with my hair I found you?

Edit: I came back after a couple months to change up my hair color, and when I inquired about colors I was told it would be possible. Over the next hour my hair was colored, washed and dried and at the end, there was zero color payoff. I tried to let Merle know but was low-key gaslighted and told that it was very visible. I switched to another hair salon and I think I'll stick to my new one now. I still stand by my initial review, but the second visit left a bad feeling for me.
