My experience was beyond amazing here, this was absolutely fantastic. My hairdresser was Hannah and she was super sweet and such an amazing person to chat with, I felt so comfortable around her just as a person and the cut she gave me was outstanding! Honestly I couldn’t be happier with my hair, I’ve had the same cut forever but she did it super well I am beyond happy!

I just had an appointment with Sarah and she was so kind and sweet! Took what I wanted and ran with it. Love her work, and the salon itself is super beautiful. Also loved the beverage options and the bar to sit at as your colour soaks in. Great atmosphere and great experience! Would recommend this place.

This was my first visit to Rootbar. It's a lovely bright salon and everyone was very friendly. Diane took the time to ask about my hair and what I wanted done. She gave me a lovely shampoo and I walked away with a great haircut. Thank you Diane! I came in the day prior to make the appointment and they said the cut would be $53 and was I okay with that. When I paid today it was over $82 without the tip so don't know why I was quoted a much lower price.

Diane Cooke is an awesome stylist she listens and discusses all aspects of your hair and the style you want to achieve. She talks her way through the cut telling you how to treat your hair from washing to styling so get get the same results at home. The products she recommended are amazing and help keep your hair in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend her for anyone with thin hair as her cuts uplift your hair creating volume and a tamed look.

I’m not one to usually complain, but I thought I should share my experience for anybody who might come here. I came in with my natural brown roots, blended with highlights and asked to go completely brown asking for that classic warm brown, Although the colour came out nice, it was not at all what I asked for so I was very disappointed with the end result. I just paid a lot of money for something that I did not ask for at all. I thought I was overthinking it, so I wanted a second opinion by another salon and I was told by another hairstylist “ that is not at all what you asked for “ in person, my hair was very red toned with purplish tones and very dark dark brown from a distance, it looked black.
Please stick to a stylist that you trust or if your new here please ask questions and make sure you get that reassurance that your hairstylist knows what you want.
