This place is so amazing I’ve been to pretty much every sugaring place available and this one by far is the best. They are so knowledgeable and know their stuff! I see Keri and she makes sure I am comfortable and feel at ease. Her technique is so honed it’s virtually painless! Super sweet staff , always friendly, and I’m able to easily book my apps. I’ve tried the laser hair removal too and it works really well so if you haven’t you should too!

Chelsie was amazing—so friendly and welcoming, I felt like we’d known each other for years. The service was quick (which is a must for Brazilians!) and super professional. The team was accommodating when I called to move my appointment earlier, and they made it happen with no hassle. Overall, such a great experience with fantastic pricing and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend!

Any time I come here I have the best experience. Sugaring literally changed my hairless journey. I see Nicole every single time I go. She is the absolute sweetest girl there. She is also very educated on everything she does. When I was new to sugaring i literally asked her over 100 questions and she was sooooo kind and quick to answer them without hesitation. I will never go anywhere else now. I moved across the city and yet I still make every appointment. She is the absolute best and she deserves a raise.

I have had nothing but a great experience at The Sugar Shack and I very much recommend this place to anyone looking to have sugaring, waxing, or lashes done. I've had all three of those services at The Sugar Shack and I left feeling well taken care of and looking GREAT.

Keri, the owner, is amazing. She's knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating (I've had to reschedule appointments, and I was never left feeling like an inconvenience).

Chelsea sugared me and she was lovely. It was my first time getting a Braziliian so I was nervous, but Chelsea was professional and made me very comfortable.

Nicole has done my lashes and my eyebrows, and she nailed both services.

Highly recommend!!
