I got my nails done here by Tiffany and I love it! She was really nice and patient and helped me pick out the colours that really suited me :) I'm extremely happy with the service and the results so I'm definitely coming back again!

I went to the store it was still about 20 minutes left in closing the mall and they shut the door saying they are closed and the person who was working there I tried telling them how it’s still 20 mins left and I am just here to buy the shampoo but she wasn’t even answering to me and pretending that she can’t hear me worst experience with them on this location

I wasn’t even willing to give one star. Pathetic customer service where in we were first clients of the day. She asked us to wait in a very rude tone. I don’t exactly know whether she was the owner or whoever she was with long hair and MK boots. Eyebrows she did for me was horrible, totally unprofessional. It did hurt me and when I told her the same she was like it will hurt! Like seriously, you can go slow man. I’m sorry to say, this isn’t the way you run a business. Learn how to deal with customers please. Thank you ?

If there was an option to give zero stars , I would definitely rate this store

I called and booked an appointment a week ago. I was told that I could come in at 1.30 pm. When I came in , they had literally no idea about my appointment and asked me to come later . I had to show them my call logs to prove I had made the appointment. They were still unsure about the appointment.

The lady at the store( kamal) asked me to wait and gave me no time frame . She dint even show me the courtesy to offer a seat . I was frustrated and was about to leave . She noticed this and offered me a chair. She did my hand waxing and soon another lady ( she said her name was Mandy) came and attended me. She also kept asking me about the appointment.

The entire session was absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly. They were just rushing through the process. Never gonna comeback here .

Be polite and friendly to your customers.
