I took my grandmother here. I believe it was Kim that helped us. She is amazing! She is wonderful and very kind. She did an excellent job on my grandmother's haircut and her prices are very fair. My grandmother has dementia and Kim was very patient with repeatedly answering the same questions and making sure my grandmother had a good experience. Would highly recommend going here if your looking for a new salon for yourself or a loved one!

I was referred to the Salon by a patient of mine. I was able to book in an appointment for cut/colour/highlights easily. Kim the owner greeted me and was so friendly and professional the whole visit I was there. Julie was the stylist and did a great job-looks exactly like the picture I brought in. While Julie was working on my hair they had a RMT working on my arms/legs and feet for a massage. This was a great bonus, I enjoy her so much I booked additional massages with her. I wont go anywhere else for my hair, they were friendly, talented and it was an awesome visit to Trucco. I am a client for life now and refer people myself there. Two thumbs way up to the staff and owner Kim!!

I needed my hair cut, and saw all of the great reviews so I decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed at all! I got everything I wanted and more! Kim made some excellent suggestions about my hair and it looks amazing! I will be going back there every time :)

My kid is absolutely horrified with getting haircuts as his very first experience when he was a baby was extremely bad. We went here based on my friend's recommendation. As expected, he resisted big time but everyone at the salon including and especially Julie, who we made the appointment with, was very patient and kind. We finally succeeded in giving a haircut with scissors only, and he promised to try the clipper next time. We have to drive 30-40 mins to get to the salon from our place but we are definitely going back for his haircut!! Thank you all so very much!!!
Just came back from our second visit! He let us use clippers on him and Julie was once again very kind and patient with him. I cannot thank both hair dressers enough! Great place for kids who fear getting haircuts!!!

I learnt about Trucco at a time when i needed it most. And now im a regular client. Kim (amazingly sweet and very attentive...listening and guiding me the entire time i was there) managed to transform my overly-processed damaged hair into a glossy/beautifull natural colored mane!!! She's so easy to talk to and so kind. Julie gave me the most amazing cut and blowdry!! Can't say anough good things about this place. Thank you Trucco for the experience!!
