I’ve getting my hair done at Velvet Style the last year with Cayleigh and Felicia. I’ve never regretted the switch! Whoever is working there is pleasant and all the clients are treated with the best experience ever. They always offer refreshments and have a beautiful space to work with, also the best tunes always on so there’s never a boring lull between chatting with your stylist or other clients. It’s like if a salon was just a place to catch up with some old pals and the cherry on top is that they make you look and feel good at a good price point after. Definitely recommend anyone to get their next chop or style here!

Omar has been cutting my hair for years now. He keeps up to date on all the latest techniques and styles by traveling to New York for classes each year. He has won competitions, so you know he's good!
Omar and Serena are very professional, giving excellent haircuts, great styling advice, and beautiful colour.

The interior is modern and spotlessly clean, while the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. I love being offered a beverage upon arrival.

Omar and Serena provide a great atmosphere in their cozy stylish community location. Free parking!! Great Staff.
I have been looking for two years for a new stylist who is creative and quality. Serena listened to my wants and needs. She suggested some great ideas and check in often to make sure I was happy with the direction she was taking.
My cut and color is the best haircut I have had in a very long time!! Velvet Style's rates are very reasonable making it affordable to offer extra generosity to the staff.

Great salon... how did it take me so long to find!!!!

Serena gave me the best hair experience I’ve had in a very long time. She made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I had in mind for myself and upon arriving in the salon she explained again in detail what she we were going to do and was very friendly and most importantly she is talented!

The shop is beautiful and everyone there (customers included) were just so friendly.

I would highly recommend this place and Serena to anyone looking for a new stylist. I know I’ll be coming here for a long time!
