A few months ago I wrote a review, but I felt like I should rewrite it after now visiting regularly since October 2024.
I came to Wisp after a friend recommended them.
When I originally went in, I was dealing with hair thinning/loss and had just gone to a hair school to try and do something with my dry, home-dyed, over-processed inky, ugly hair. The hair school did its best, but I needed an experienced professional to get the results I wanted.
My entire life my hair has been something that I was uncomfortable with - it's always been on the fine/thin side, and I have some permanent hair loss due to some bad extensions many years ago. I just felt like having bad hair was my curse and I had come to accept it.
I did an initial consultation with Evi and I knew right away she was exactly who I needed.
We immediately got my hair to my dream hair as far as color went, but knew that my hair health would be something that came over time. As I have come in regularly, Evi gets to know my hair more every time and she also gets to know my preferences, every time I come here, my color touch-up/formula is more customized and I just keep being happier and happier with each visit.
I really appreciate her changing our formula to push between my appointments - admittedly, sometimes too long.
The thing I love about Evi is her holistic approach to health and well-being, which translates to better hair.
Every time I come to see her, I learn something new about taking care of myself, inside out.
My hair has never looked better, and I officially am part of the Good Hair Club now.
Thank you so much Evi - you are truly a hair artist.

Tutu is an experienced, professional, and confident esthetician. She is also warm, kind and comforting. I trust her abilities for any service she offers. She is an expert in waxing the whole body (she takes her time making sure you are comfortable at all times) and she made my eyebrows beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to see Tutu ongoing! I am so grateful to have met her.

Cindy has also been my hair stylist for several years and she always does a beautiful job of my highlights and cuts. She is experienced, thoughtful, and makes sure I am happy every time.

Evi is the owner and a hair stylist. She is so welcoming and friendly. The salon is so pretty and all of the ladies at Wisp make the environment a wonderful space to be in.

I searched throughout Calgary for a confident hair stylist and finally found Cindy. After my first meeting with her, I knew this would be a long-term relationship. She is very knowledgeable, and anytime I have questions, she thoroughly explains the options available and the style that matches my personality. She cuts my hair with precision and care, and because the cut is so fantastic, my hair looks great with minimal fuss. She is also exceptional when it comes to colouring my hair. The salon is friendly and welcoming, and I feel right at home. I always walk out feeling great.
