Ive had the BEST experiences at Amy nails. Not only do they pay attention to detail and ensure every nail is perfect, but their customer service is exemplary. They are extremely accommodating and kind. October 4th I needed w change my appointment last minute to 7pm and they took me in even though it was so close to closing time, the technician stayed 30 minutes past closing to finish my nails. I am so grateful. My nails looked so good for the wedding i was going too, she added a beautiful sparkle finish. Today the tech picked the perfect colour for me as I was looking for a metallic black look (see pics). I am so happy with my experiences at Amy nails. I highly recommend this nail salon over all the other options in Brampton. (And ive gone to many growing up in Brampton).

Very nice people! Price were reasonable! Very busy salon but call ahead to get a spot! Ling is the one who did my nails! She so fast and she make sure all my nails are same length! I am very happy with my nails! Recommend!

I have been going to Amy Nails for 6+ years for my nails (hands and feet), waxing and eyelashes. I am always happy and satisfied with my experience. Not only is the owner, Lily, great but she has a great crew of women who are welcoming and talented! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a salon that takes pride in their customer service!

Worst nail experience I've ever had. The owner, who I believe is Amy is very rude, un professional, and has no idea how to deal with clients.
All she cares about is the money. I've had my bio gel fill for 4 days and they are already falling apart. I went in to get my money back and she said no, we'll fix them.
Why would I want them to even touch my nails after such a bad job the first time. My nails are all uneven and lumpy, and u can see the brush strokes.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend using this over priced business. If the job was done better maybe they could justify their prices.
