I recently visited and got a bio gel refill, and it was, by far, the best experience I've had. The service provided by Rupinder was excellent. She did a fantastic job with the finish and helped me choose the perfect color to suit my hands. I highly recommend that if you're looking to get your nails done, you should go to Rupinder.

The haircut I got from David was quick and closely matched the reference picture I showed him. I came in with long hair and no reservation, but I was seated immediately and the staff was very friendly. I go here often, and the price and quality of their cuts are always great.

Tried really hard to like this place but have had more failed appointments than successful ones to say the least. Came in for a pedicure (which was good) and refill at 1:35pm… left the salon at 5pm with just the pedicure due to miscommunication during my refill appointment. I won’t name the nail tech, as they were genuinely pleasant/apologetic during the appointment. I usually am extremely understanding however, I would’ve appreciated honesty from the start that what I was wanting may not be achievable especially since I had asked multiple times.. instead of them giving me reassurance that it would be easy + having me sit there for hours, only to end up leaving with my bare nails due to me rather having them all removed then to settle for the “dark colours” all the staff was recommending. Why should I have to settle for something I don’t want? I was not planning to leave a negative review but the cherry on top of this entire experience was them still requesting I pay for a portion of my refill because my nail tech “tried their best and I didn’t like it in the end” despite me leaving with NOTHING on my hands. I don’t know a single person that would like what I received? The nail tech also drilled off so much of the previous acrylic base that it made the refill look way more grown out than what I originally came in with in turn, making it way harder to blend? How do you charge a customer for a partial “refill” when you’ve drilled it all off and they’re leaving with nothing but their bare nails… not even a clear coat of polish after sitting in your salon for hours? Ahn as an owner is just dismissive and tries to diffuse situations when customers are unhappy by trying to convince them into thinking everything looks great and that they’re the problem. Another customer sitting beside me wasn’t a fan of her nails either as the colour was blue not purple but was also dismissed by her prior to me starting mine, so that tells you enough. Save your time & money and go somewhere that actually provides realistic expectations so that you’re not left disappointed and having to foot a bill with nothing to show for it. Here are some photos of my previous set (done elsewhere), the actual amount of regrowth I came in with, what I requested, the “refill” I was charged for, and what I left with.. in that exact order.

I have been going there already many times. Hairstylist Nadia (I hope I spelled her name right) is Amazing. A few days ago, I went in PERSON to make an appointment for me and my children (especially for my daughter who is going to her grad trip) for today, Saturday, May 24, but the Receptionist made it for next Saturday. Total Disappointment. So sorry Nadia, you are Amazing, but this is not right, I hope to see you in another salon.
