I had the privilege of being assisted by Quy, who was the incredibly kind and helpful Goldsmith during my visit today. He provided thorough answers to all of my questions and ensured that my ring was checked for the correct size.

Anna Jewellers offers a broad selection of jewelry pieces. In addition to jewelry sales, the shop offers several other services, including watch battery replacements, jewelry repairs, and eyeglass repairs. Their Master Goldsmith (Quy) ensures quality craftsmanship, and also provides engraving services.

RING SIZING

I inquired about resizing a ring, and the cost for this service is $60, which I found to be reasonable for the level of expertise offered. He was extremely helpful and offered helpful advice on proper sizing of rings.

BUSINESS HOURS AND ONLINE ACCESS

The store opens at 10 AM, and also has a website, making it easy to pre-plan a visit to their shop.

Overall, I highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking quality jewelry and exceptional customer service from Quy.

Best in the city! I went in to get my ring checked to ensure the claws holding the diamonds were okay. They quoted me a fix, noting that some might need to be replaced. When I came back to pick up, they noted that they didn't need to be replaced and came in much under the quote. Have been back multiple times to get pieces fixed (necklace), purchase high-quality jewellery in store (earrings) or custom pieces made - prices are always fair, work and quality is exceptional, and service is fast.

I took a couple pieces of jewelry in to be repaired and received excellent service and a very fair price for the work required add to this the work was completed ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this shop and will be taking all of my business to this location in the future!!!

Have used Anna Jewellers a few times now. Always great service from a true goldsmith artisan. He gives great service and fair pricing. I had my wedding rings re-clawed and re-dipped in rhodium. They looks brand new like in my wedding day. I will always come back for all my repairs.
