My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them. I have been getting my lashes done for years, trying to replicate how I've had them done back in Hong Kong but no one has been able to do the job. I have thick straight Asian lashes but they are unusually long. When done properly it looks like I have a full set of false lashes on. Amazing job!

Super happy with the results! Was worried that the lamination would damage my lashes, but they only seem to be stronger and healthier. Sometimes I even forget to put on mascara and still looking good. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time getting a brows lamination, and a tint & shape lash lamination, and Alisa was wonderful!
She answered any questions I had, was gentle, fast and knew what she was doing!
I didn’t like the tone of my eyebrow tint, and Alisa got me to come back right away to correct it.
Would highly recommend these services by her, and it’s a great alternate to eye lash extensions!

EDIT: This is not just about you burning my eyebrows right off, this is about you not taking responsibility, this is about you trying to hide your mistakes instead of owning up to them like an adult. This is about you not taking steps to fix the situation until I told you I was going to write you a review and will report you. I gave you a chance yesterday to prove that you will take responsibility, but you didn’t. Again this is not just about you literally burning my eyebrows, this is so that people know they cannot trust you to own it when you screw up.

DO NOT go here. The stuff she uses is so strong that it burned my skin right off. Ive had brow lamination done so many times in the past, and this never happened. The thing that pisses me off the most is that she even tried to hide it. I came in for just lamination and lash lift, but then she decided to tint my brows without asking me, Im assuming as an attempt to hide some of the burns within my brows. During the treatment I did say to her that it didn’t feel right, and she said it was normal. I noticed some redness when I left her apartment but I thought it was just red, not skin peeled off and turned out was actually quite deep. There is absolutely no way she would not have seen the burns, and yet she let me leave her place without mentioning it. I didn’t see how bad it was until I got home with better lighting ( it was dark when I left her apartment, the only light was the light ring she used for treatment).

I messaged her right away, and was hoping she would take accountability and admit she tried to hide it. But she didn’t. Instead she said she thought the burn was already there before. She did offer a cream to help my skin heal, but thats not what I wanted. I wanted to her to admit she made a mistake, tried to hide it, and would be careful with others next time. But none of that.

Do yourself a favour, and save your eyebrows. Do not go here.

I went with her because she had good reviews on here, but I didn’t pay attention to who the reviews were from. Now looking at it better, it looks like it’s mostly from friends and family (even her husband gave her a review).
