I bought a gorgeous Amethyst pen from this booth at a rock and gem show, and I loved it! But when I got home, I noticed it had no ink in it - Not even an ink cartridge! So I reached out to her to ask if this pen was supposed to be able to be used as a pen, or if it was just for looks and she said no way, it should have ink! It was just defective. She met with me at my work and exchanged it for a brand new pen. Super nice of her to do that, and come right to my work. I appreciated this, and I will definitely be shopping here more now. She sure had some pretty things in her booth!
