Took my kid here for the first time, and it was a very disappointing experience. They handed the haircut to what seemed like a rookie with little to no experience. The cut was uneven and rushed. On top of that, the charges were much higher than what’s standard elsewhere for kids’ haircuts. Definitely not going back.

I came here twice. First time was great — the barber was super friendly, made a before/after video of my cut, and I even left a 5-star review on Booksy. He said it was $50, but didn’t mention that was a first-time price. Booksy didn’t clarify that either, so it felt a bit misleading when I was told it’s $60 going forward.

Second visit, the vibe changed. He texted saying he’d be there in 5 minutes but showed up over 15 minutes late, no apology, barely said a word during the cut. I still tipped 16% out of respect.

Tried to book again last week — no response, even though he’s been active on Instagram. I always show up on time, clean, respectful — no clue why I was ignored. Respect and consistency matter just as much as the cut.
