The owner was extremely helpful and even divided my beads into little bags for it to be easier for me to make later. She even went back home to get the charms there that I was looking for. They also had a bunch of super cute charms I haven't seen elsewhere. You buy beads by the stone, not a strand, and unfortunately, the beads are mixed up in sizes. So the 6 mm are mixed with 5 mm and 8 mm. And if you're not careful, you end up with a bunch of different sizes. The beads I bought were supposed to be 8 mm, but I think they're 6 mm, since the one I have at home is bigger than the ones I bought.....and I also ended up with some beads that are smaller too.....and 2 of the stones weren't the right stones.

That being said, it is WAAAAAY overpriced. I can get cheaper beads online of similar quality and sparkle. I ended up spending close to $200 and have enough beads for 7 brackets (which yes, is super cheap if you bought said brackets made). If that's a good deal to you, definitely check this place out. If not, maybe not the place for you.

So in summary. I like supporting local. Unfortunately it's unorganized, and bead sizes get mixed up, and it's overpriced.

Disappointed with Repair Service and Customer Interaction:
I brought two silver bracelets in for repair, received a quote, and paid in full upfront as requested. Unfortunately, one bracelet came back as a tangled mess, and the other was not repaired correctly. When I returned to discuss the issues, the owner claimed it would cost an additional $300 to repair them properly. I found this both unreasonable and frustrating, especially as the owner was dismissive and rude when I challenged her about it. I would not recommend this shop for jewelry repairs.

Took a bracelet here for repair. They charged over $50 to add one tiny brass ring. Took over 3 weeks to do it, got upset when I went in to check on it after hearing nothing. And then a week after picking it up it broke and the bracelet was lost.

With so many other places nearby, why would anyone go here.
