Just took my daughter to have her first haircut here today and I have nothing but great things to say about the level of service provided here. The atmosphere is happy and calm. The hair stylist was so patient with my toddler and quick to find ways to distract her so she could sit in the chair the whole time. At the end she made my daughter feel so special by adding sparkles and a pretty color braid.
Would 10/10 recommend littles come here and look forward to bringing her back again for her next hair cut.

By far the best Beaners location! We love that it’s always clean, and the slide with the ball pit area is such a hit. Special thanks to Kristel — she’s been cutting my son’s hair, and she always does an amazing job. It’s always a pleasure coming here!

I took my son for a simple haircut for the very 1st time and was wrongly charged for two. I didn’t catch it right away and left a 15% tip. The receptionist later realized the mistake and refunded only the cost of the extra haircut (including GST), but not the tip. So I ended up tipping 30% for one kid’s haircut. That’s UNACCEPTABLE. Very poor service from the admin staff. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the haircut itself was fine.

Attaching my 2 receipts here - I originally paid $67.6 with a $8.82 tip; after refunding I’m out of pocket $38.21 on a $29.39 (including GST) haircut. So 30% tip.
