I bought hair from this store an hour later I have an unopened unused bundle of human hair that costed me $100 for one bundle, and when I checked out the clerk never told me it was an exchange only so I drove back trying to return it and am denied any type of compensation. I’m a student trying to manage bills, this is completely unacceptable it was bought as an extra incase I needed it. Don’t recommend shopping here, the staff was not interested in helping out when I asked questions about the hair either, they looked too bothered to help me.
