I came to this salon after a truly terrible experience at another salon the day prior. I asked the other salon for highlights and a cut and did not get the colour or cut I wanted, the highlights were thick and uneven and my hair was cut sloppily. When I came to this salon Dipika offered solutions to fix my hair. She was incredibly patient as I decided what colour I wanted and toned my hair multiple times so that I was satisfied. She fixed my bangs and layers and overall drastically improved the condition of my hair! She was skilled, kind, and sympathetic towards my situation. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone and Dipika in particular is amazing!

I took the complete service package yesterday which includes hair cut beard d-tan and head massage. I had a pretty bad experience in terms of the customer service. The barber looks like a chain smoker and had bad breath continuously throughout my haircut. Only the d-tan service stops me to be there. The girl is pretty amazing in her work. She worked on my face really well softly and gently but i would highly recommend to fix this issue of the customer service that barber provides not only in terms of the smoking habits at work but how to politely and gently talk to a client. Overall, i really like the d-tan and highly recommend others to do so.
