i booked an appointment with Erika before Christmas, even with the busy season she was more then happy to take me as a client. i got a bb glow with her. she looked at my skin and made sure it was the right choice for me, and also recommended other services she offers as well. i am so happy with the service and it is beyond clean in there. thank you Erika and your team for being so great.

My experience at Bellissima beauty bar was amazing. I was getting a BB glow because my skin has been struggling and Erika told me this would be great for my skin, she made sure i was Comfortable and made sure i knew everything about the facial, i will be 100% coming back thank u erika!!!

This salon has a very welcoming environment, everything is clean and tidy. You feel peaceful when you go in and the staff is very friendly. I'm giving it two stars because my experience was not that great. I went for a simple haircut. The same I always get and it takes 20-30min to complete. However, at this salon, I spent two hours, was clear that the stylist didn't have experience and couldn't get my hair well done. The stylish tried to fix it, but it was obvious she wouldn't be able to do so. She put a lot of products on my hair without previously shampooing it, so my hair was getting heavier and difficult to manage, so after two hours, I said I would go home, shower my hair, and come back to keep working on my haircut. I went home to see how bad it was, I called the salon to request that someone else fix my hair but they had just one hairstylist so no one else could help me, especially because it was a Saturday afternoon previous to a long weekend. So I have to spend the rest of the weekend trying to hide my hair.
In the end, I just got a refund for the service and a bad haircut, I needed to find another place to fix it. Fortunately, I'm not very sensitive as my hair grows fast but if yours don't, this will be a very bad inconvenience. Pictures are after I shampoo at home and the result I dealt with.
