Tonight I walked in as I was trying to get my son a hair cut before his birthday. Jacob was just leaving but said he could do it. He gave my son a great haircut. When I went to pay, he said he had already logged out and not to worry about it! I had never been to this salon before and was very impressed not only with the quality of the hair cut, but how caring they were. Thank you for your kind gesture and I'll be sure to pay it forward sometime soon.

I would give zero marks if I had an option. My son got his first hair perm there by Jacob; he did not have a very good attitude, but I chose to take it. Then, after two months, we went there just for a haircut; he only did the bottom part and didn’t clean up anything on the top, which caused the top part to be heavy and flatted, Jacob said. That was what my son required; I took it again. Today, When we went to get haircuts again, I talked to Jacob about cleaning up the top part a little so they feel lighter and have less volume, and the hair won’t always flatten. Guess what, all the curls were gone when I returned to pick up my son! I was shocked! Did I say, pls get rid of all the curls?! No, I didn’t!
Jacob, as a stylist, you should tell us that doing anything on the top will lead to no curls, but is that true? I perm my hair, too; when I returned to my hairstylist to clean up, they had never just cut all my curls off. So, I checked with Jacob; he says your son has to get a perm again! Did u plan on this? Jacob! U cut all the curls off without telling us, so we have to pay and get perm again?! That’s how you make your money??!! All the other stylists in this place are probably not bad, but not Jacob! He always had a big attitude and tried to sell me his hair products, then cut all the curls and make me pay more to do another perm. I am not going back there anymore because of him. I found a place closer to my house with a much better attitude. Thanks for the BIG lesson, Jacob!!!!
