I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I can’t say enough great things about it—especially about Sasha! She is absolutely amazing. Every time I walk in, I’m always greeted warmly and never feel like just another customer. Sasha truly listens, understands exactly what I want, and always delivers with such skill and care. Over the years, she’s also guided me in choosing the right hair products, which has made a big difference for my hair. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!

The only wax place I’ll go to since my original lady is towns away. Priya is extremely fast and efficient with her job. She makes me feel comfortable and tries to make it as painless as it could be. I do underarm, bikini wax and legs. Also Sasha has been doing my eyebrows for a couple years now, she’s so informative and knows exactly how to match eyebrows that are completely different. She never misses!

I visited this salon recently for a facial on a recommendation, and while the staff, especially the girl named Priya was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, my overall experience was disappointing. The facial cost around $160, which I was happy to pay for a quality treatment, but unfortunately, my skin didn’t feel or look like it had received an expensive facial.

Worse, I developed rashes and a few breakouts afterward, which is unusual for me. I’m not someone who complains easily, but I care about my skin and expect transparency and proper care when I’m investing this kind of money. I also felt like the products used and the promised results weren’t communicated honestly. I had to go to a doctor to calm down my skin.

This experience left me feeling let down. I really hope the salon takes this kind of feedback seriously, because customers deserve both effective treatments and honesty about what to expect. Not at all happy

I was thinking of some other services as well but now I have to think of I wanna go back to this place or not.
