She did such a good job understanding what my ask was, and delivered better than I expected! She spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the placement of each foil was perfect and made sure my hair looked natural and flawless! Definitely recommend getting your hair done from here- it’ll be worth the investment.

Thuy was amazing! I did my roots touch up and got a fresh cut with bangs. I was hesitate at first with the bangs as many said it cannot be done but Thuy did it. She gave me the confidence to go for it. She patiently did the roots touch up as well and with her taking her time, my hair looks amazing!!! Thank you Thuy for the new look and confidence and your amazing service!

I've been going to Thuy for my hair for YEARS, and because she continues to impress me every single time, I have finally decided to actually write and leave a review about her and her exceptional service!!!

I went in recently with a specific look in mind, and she absolutely nailed it - I am OBSESSED! It turned out exactly how I imagined it, if not better. I really appreciate Thuy's ability to offer helpful suggestions, taking time to really listen to her clients and capture exactly what it is they are asking for. From my personal experiences, I really appreciate that she makes sure I am happy with every step of the process, checking in consistently without me even having to ask.

She's incredibly professional. She's always on time, responds promptly to all her clients, is respectful, focused. . . you can tell that she is dedicated to her craft! Honestly, it really is her attention to detail and consistency that has me keep coming back - it's difficult to find someone you can fully trust with your hair, but with Thuy, I know I am in good hands. Her service is always top tier no matter what you ask for!!!

UPDATE: I've been meaning to update this for a while. Its an unfortunate situation. After the great job Twee did, I told me sister to go check her out. Unfortunately she didnt like the colour and Twee had to fix it. After that Twee completely ghosted me as I was inquiring for a touch up appointment for myself. When she finally did get back to me her tone was completely different and felt like she was taking my sisters situation out on me. By then I had already gone to another hair dresser because she was MIA. Unfortunately she didnt get the colour right and I was hoping Twee could fix it (I'd pay for whatever needed to be done) instead she didnt even try but told me she cant do anything for me. After speaking to another salon in the area who BTW was open heartedly happy to help me with no issue, they advised me this isnt the first time Twee has done this to people. A complete shame because I would have remained a loyal client. Sometimes as a business owner, you need to take your emotions out of the equation.

As a local resident, I had never really taken the time to check out the businesses in the village. Thankfully I was gifted a GC that led me to Twee! I don't ever get my hair done nor do I trust anyone to cut my hair because they've always taken way too much off. From the start Twee listened to exactly what I wanted and noted my fears. She took me step by step of what she was doing, how much she was cutting, and just what to expect. She's friendly, kind and amazing at what she does!! I loved the results and I am now I'm a forever customer! I highly reccommend her!!
