Went here for both of the tattoos I’ve received in the last month. Emily and Vince did a wonderful job at Consulting and executing the tattoos. The did exactly what I wanted and were super lenient on providing a min if I needed one. Will go here for the rest of my tattoos!

My experience at CTC wasn’t awful, but also not the best either.
I had seen CTC’s shop going to and from an appointment I had in the area. I had been thinking about getting my nose pierced for ages. I guess I’m now living what my younger self wanted.
Needless to say, I had some nerves given this is my first piercing that isn’t my earlobes. I walked in and the shop is huge. It’s clean and has a bit of an intimidating vibe. This was then followed by a group of artists in the far end of the shop, who just looked at me, and seemed surprised and inconvenienced to have someone walk in (while walk-ins were accepted.) Not one of the people said one word to me… and it felt quite awkward, because it was a few minutes before their apprentice came out to help me out.
From there my experience was alright, seemed pretty standard. The piercing itself was quick and I was out before I knew it.
Something that struck me as odd and poor practice was the lack of forms or discussion regarding any health issues or concerns. It seems like a trivial issue, however I am a tattoo artist myself, and know there are a number of important requirements that can impact my clients. From my clients medical history, I can have a conversation about any concerns prior to any of my appointments. There can be a number of conditions or medications that can cause concern, let alone impact the clients wellbeing and healing process. Which in the end can absolutely impact the end result of your service. So although my piercing is fine, I’m healing well, I did ask about forms and was told not to worry. That kind of complacency could be detrimental should you happen to be that client on blood thinners, or happen to be diabetic. In the end our job as artist, technicians… whatever you’d like to call it. It is our RESPONSIBILITY to do no harm. And without that critical information, it’s quite possible that harm could happen… and it could have been avoided and prevented easily.
The artwork is beautiful, and the appearance of the studio looks clean. Although my experience as a tattoo artist isn’t as seasoned as some of the veterans operating from there, I would be hard pressed to be comfortable in receiving another service from CTC.

very nice staff, but can’t say the same about how my tattoo turned out. My friends had one artist and There tattoos turned out great but when they got around to me they must’ve let an apprentice do it without my knowledge. The lines overlap and is not deep enough so the fading has been very quick.
