READ BEFORE GOING, NOT AFTER VISITING!

Brief review: avoid... unsterilized tools, language barrier, ladies who do the nails are nice, but they lack the skills to do it right. I spent $130 in total which includes tips, so save your money.

I went in to get my manicure and pedicure on May 3rd. First, I wanted a regular nail polish, because I haven't seen a shellac that lasted me for more than a week, EVER!

During my visit, the lady who was providing the service suggested shellac, lasts longer... I said, ok, let's try it again, see if this time someone gets them right. The tools she used on me didn't seem like they were new or sterilized, except for the blade they use to shave dead skin. I went in mostly to get dead skin off; she got some of it, however, left some behind as a reminder that I can do it at home, better stop wasting money in the name of 3rd class pampering. I cursed myself every time I saw dead skin around my nails and toes.

The nail polish application wasn't smooth; you can tell. May 5th, the first nail chipping off, and by the end of the week, my right hand fingers looked like patchy baldness. I called them and told them the shellac should last me 2-3 weeks. The guy on the phone said, You can come in, we can fix it for you, I told him I live far away and can only come over the weekend.

Well, I did go in on May 11th, and trying to make anyone in that store understand the situation was challenging, however, we got to the point where they understood, so they said they would replace the nail polish, I did give $5 tip (shouldn't have but I did). New nail polish is at least smoother, I still have 4 fingers on my left hand with original nail polish, its a huge difference when light shines on them.

Today is May 12th, and my first chipping has started on the new nail polished finger :)

Worst pedicure of my life. The girl rushed so much she forgot to scrub one foot. No hot towel or massage. Then at the end they chased me saying I didn't tip, of course I didn't. She didn't do her job. Absolutely horrible!!!
For 2 pedicures without tip was 110, are you fn kidding me?!?!

Waste of money. The nail tech rushed on doing my manicure. Did not even clean my nails and shape it properly. I had to point it out to her. Colors are so outdated! Will never recommend and never coming back!

Just went for eyebrow and facial waxing, but it was a really disappointing experience. The woman kept changing the price for the facial — four different prices in just a few minutes. When I asked why, she got really rude. She was making things up, which made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of. Definitely not going back or recommending this place!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT!

My husband and I went to Calla Nails and Spa in Bramelea City Center Mall today and it was the worst experience I ever had.

-As you can see the solution he used in the water stained my skin green.
-He didn’t sand my skin properly.
-Don’t get me started with my nail polish.
-To top it off they charged us $107.35.

They definitely don’t deserve 1 start but unfortunately it’s only 1-5.

The gentleman who did my feet was ok. He was gente, nice, smiled, talked a little. The down fall for his services was he rushed through everything. After he finished polishing my nails he went back and started to filing it again. Which was absolutely bezoar. I did get a small massage at the end which wasn’t terrible at all.

The lady who did my husband feet was making fun of it. Showing the other staff how much dead skin came off. Apparently she’s the manager of this establishment, according to the gentleman who was doing my feet.

She was unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. She perceived to turned off my husband massage chair and said it’s going to be $50.

I would never RECOMMEND anyone going to this establishment due to the experience my husband and got.

Learn to treat costumers with respect maybe then maybe all your costumers wouldn’t rate you a 1 star!
