I found Chrystal Healing on a google search. The business was near my work, and therefore very convenient for a weekday daytime appointment. I was unsure about trying a home studio business but I'm really glad I did. I usually dislike sitting in waiting rooms, so the fact that I book my appointment time, and get to skip the check in at a desk etc is great for me.

Sharah herself is warm and easy going, with a straightforward approach to her practice. She takes some time at the beginning of each appointment to check in with my needs, and then lays out her approach so I have an understanding of what to expect.

So far I've only had deep tissue massages, however I've just booked in to have a Reiki Massage am and really looking forward to it.

I found the billing process really straightforward, the invoices are easy to input after the appointment and once I set up Chrystal Healing on my online banking it takes me virtually no time to e-transfer payment.

Overall this has been my most prefered experience ever with a massage therapist, the environment is simple, comfortable and clean. Sherah is good at what she does and seems to have an innate sense of what a body needs, when to check in and when to remind me to breathe. I would highly recommend her business.
