An absolute fantastic experience I had today while I was entering the store the very kind lady greeted me with a smile and was very professional and respectful while speaking to me about the sales the store had. I was just browsing but even though she gave me fantastic service and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend everyone to check out club Monaco over at the downtown core area

Great selection of clothing for business and casual wear. The service here is always friendly without being too overbearing. It is a bit pricey. If you are a student, you can show your student card for student pricing.

Quality stylish clothing. But, the store needs to train some of its staff on some of the most basic and human concepts of customer service. Things like greetings are important. Also, responding to customer questions is not an inconvenience.

Beware. Terrible location. Ordered online and wanted to return item. I didn’t want to pay more for shipping it back so took it to the store.

The associate was acting funny about the return which was unworn and still in the clear plastic it was shipped in. I presented the online receipt and shipping emails contain the information. She told me I did not have a customer number. That was strange since I pointed out it was at the top of the page. Long story she refused my return. I had to return online which cost more money. More importantly, I felt that this was an issue created by the employee based on their assumptions. If not, better training needs to be done as it was a waste of time and money. Will not be back and likely not purchase CM.
