We agreed to work with Cornerstone on building our dream retirement home!! From design to construction to lot grading this was a very positive experience!! Justin, Martin, Billy, office staff and contractors all delivered on their part of the project, on time and on budget!! Even extras requested were accurately priced, there were no surprises!! Our lot grading was particularly challenging, Justin promised from the outset that he would stick with it, and make sure we were happy with final grade!! He did that, even though it meant bringing back his large excavator to get to the appropriate grades!! We love the design (bungalow), finishings and overall workmanship!! From the beginning, we had excellent construction drawings and specifications and package inclusions were clearly indicated on their Co-Construct project software!! We couldn't be happier!! I felt compelled to take a moment to tell the world about how beautiful and how much we enjoy our Cornerstone Home.
We have lived here for over five years now and don’t have the words to express how much we love this house. Often we wake up wondering when the courtship will end, but it just keeps on going strong. The craftsmanship, the FengShui, the openness, and the thought that was put into designing this home is second to none. I really need to give a shout out for this homebuilder. Truly a first class business for southern Alberta. If you are thinking about building a house, consider this group. They have made a difference in our lives.

Our experience with Cornerstone Homes was our first ever with a custom home builder. It was an extremely positive, rewarding journey, which met all of our expectations.
We just moved into our new home a few days ago and we cannot be happier. Everything is beautiful. The finishes are top-notch, the quality of the materials and workmanship is very high. The process of dealing with the Cornerstone team was very simple, stress-free and reassuring.

Every member of the team, Sharon, Shirley, Martin, Justin, and our site manager Billy, provided us with a high-quality service. There were no debates or need for us to compromise. Everything we asked for was done to our satisfaction.
We would recommend Cornerstone to anyone who is in the market for a custom home.

Last year we entrusted the team at Cornerstone Homes to build our dream home. From start to finish they not only met our expectations but exceeded them. We have been in our house now for a little over a month and can't get over the quality of the craftsmanship and level of detail that went into everything. What really impressed us, was that through out the entire process, anytime we had an question or concern someone got back to us right away and addressed the issue. Justin and Sharon put together a great team that without exception was a genuine pleasure to work with. Thanks Ann, Darryl, Chris, Dylan, Bridgette and everyone else that helped build our house. You knocked it out of the park. The excitement isn't building it is built!
