Great variety of shops, including grocery, clothing, kitchen ware, and dollar store. Well maintained and patrolled lot so that there's always parking (instead of being filled with train riders).

This shopping centre has just about anything that you might need. From electronic goods at memory express, fantastic food experiences, a podiatrist, a Safeway, and even a dollar store for all those random cheap things you suddenly need. If you live in the area you probably wouldn't need to go anywhere else to buy everyday goods and services. There's also ample parking and it's also close to transit, one of the best hubs in the city.

Good mix of stores and restaurants.
The old Indigo store has been closed, and is currently (June 2025) being renovated into a Shoppers Drug Mart.

This place has gone downhill so fast due to the train station and rampant drug use in the city. Now Indigo is closed. My dad got assaulted in the parking lot here by someone high on drugs. It's not safe like it once was. It used to be very high end, safe, lovely
