I have had wonderful wax experience yesterday. It was so, i used to had wax service from other saloon. I always face problem of ripped skin after face wax. They advised me quit face waxing cause of my skin is sensitive. But, yesterday I didn’t face any kind of issues related to my skin. That is why, i have had satisfied wax experience yesterday done by PARUL.

I’ve been to this salon three times for threading and waxing, and each time PARUL did a fantastic job. She made me feel very comfortable and ensured the service was smooth and professional. I truly appreciated her care and attention—highly recommend her!

I’ve gone to this salon for 2 years for eyebrow threading / wax due to the pricing & convenience. Recently, I went in wax my brows, which usually takes 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, then I was asked to wait for 10 more minutes. After 15 more minutes, I asked how much more I’d have to wait.

They told me everyone was busy and I’d have to wait more. I had already waited 40 minutes by this time. I ended up leaving after they asked I wanted to wait more or come back later. I understand they’re busy but the salon should’ve let me know of the wait time beforehand -- I could’ve come back later or ran errands. I recommend the salon to respect customers’ time and communicate with them.

Also, I suggest the salon improve their wax / thread / hygiene practices. I don’t think they wash their hands before, they don’t sanitize the skin before they work on it, and don’t use gloves. They also use a scented lotion afterward which isn’t good as it can clog the sensitive pores. I’ve also been burned by the wax three times.

I am a long time customer of this salon. The price and the work they did was always great and I was happy with it. But this time they charged me $130 for just the part of my hair that needed to be dyed and blow dried. And the lady who did it was Mario, if I spelled her name correctly. Two things that really upset me and made me Google Rio: First, the lady poured dye on my clothes and continued to do it without telling me. When I got home, I realized that the sweater I had just bought was no longer usable. Second, they shouldn't be charging me taxes during this time, and they did, on top of the high charge they charged me. I tipped this lady $20 when she didn't deserve it at all. First, for the dye on my sweater, second, for the high charge and the tax. You have unfortunately betrayed my former customer and the trust that I and my friends had.

I’ve been here three times. The first two times were fine — I had my haircut done by a female and was happy with the results. But the third time, a man cut my hair, and it was a terrible experience. He didn’t even bother to wet my hair, and the haircut turned out awful — honestly, I think I could’ve done a better job myself. Ladies, I recommend asking for a female stylist. Even my friend had a similar experience — she said the man ruined her haircut too.
