Fast, efficient, fair prices and they listen and do what I want. I don't like artificial nails because of how heavy they feel on my fingers, but I like having long nails and I am a rough and tough kind of chick. I get gel powder on my real nails with shellac. The nail technicians have been absolutely wonderful and patient in me taking the time to grow my real nails out so that I can finally have a stiletto.

I had an amazing experience at Diamond Nails! I came in for eyebrow waxing and tinting, and the results were perfect. My brows have never looked this clean and defined. The technician was gentle, precise, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon is spotless and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my waxing and brow needs! Highly recommended!

Came in wanting a pedicure after not going to a salon for two years due to a very bad experience at another salon. I came in as a walk in and was helped quickly. Winny did an amazing job and made sure I felt comfortable. All staff are very friendly and are very attentive to anything you may need! The pedicure was not rushed and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Will definitely come back!

As a first-time client at Diamond Nails, I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the salon is spotless. The nail techs took their time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the results were absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and level of care they put into their work really impressed me. I'm so glad I chose Diamond Nails and will definitely be coming back!

Disappointed! I went in for the Hot oil shellac pedicure and shellac manicure today. I did book appointment online and requested service with Winny. It turn out they moved me to had service with the technician whose did not have name tag and never introduced himself to me. The service started with fast scrubbing and inattentive callus filing. The feet and legs was so annoying. No pressure, just rubbing to get it done. I asked the lady who was doing pedicures for other customer, I did booked online with Winny why did I get service from the male? She told me because you are not common here, this is my first time visit here so they can move my service to anyone interested the spa. The point is I had high expectations to come get the service with the person I booked with, and I booked online a week ahead. I had to waited pass my appointment time and getting a service from a male. WITHOUT SAYING SORRY! When the guy asked me what color ? I asked him, will you be the one who paint my nails? He said gel or no gel? Then I asked again will you be the one who paint my nails? He kept saying gel or no gel! I had enough, I said do not wasted my time I told him he doesn’t have to do my nails. I walked to the counter and paid for $57 for inattentive service without getting my nail painted. I would like to leave a recommendation to this business owner. Take out your online appointment if you can not keep the service with the person from online booking. Being honest to customer is also one of the key to success. I don’t recommend this place!

Thank you for your replied. It was CONFIRMED on the booking who is the nail technician I booked with and I DID SHOWED this information to your staffs. The point is they don’t respect my request and not even told me at the time that the technician I booked with not available during that time even though I booked this service one week ahead and I was looking forward with high expectations to experience your spa. I got Ben to do my nails with out introducing who he is and just sending him to do my nails without explaining what was the situation and letting me doubt who is this guy doing my service, no name tag and he did not introduced his name or anything. Serving me like one of the number of money that comes and go. If your place has been trained your employees properly, the situation on July 9 would be that bad. I am a person that can be easily communicated but don’t treat me as just one of the number of customers that comes and goes. With respect to the customer I would communicate more clearly than it was yesterday.
