06/14 I saw Sarah again for a shadow root with blonde ends and pink peek-a-boo (see second photo), and she absolutely nailed it. I am so happy with my hair, the colours are so vibrant. Highly recommend Sarah.

My partner got her nails done. And it's something she does to make herself happy every month. And to atop herself from biting her nails. She came home angry and with her fingers bleeding and in pain. Even i could tell her nails were done wrong. And I'm half blind. I can't believe they thought these nails were good. And they thought they gave her good customer service. When someone says something hurts. Try actually listening to them. Or something is wrong, or they ask for something. Maybe you should do what you're being paid for. People should avoid this place for nails, at least.

Wanted to try a place closer to home for new acrylics.. never again. Staff were very nice, but 2+ hours for a less than mediocre set of nails was very disappointing and not worth the price at all. It was a shame, I felt embarrassed leaving the salon with those nails but honestly did not want to waste another 2 hours having them fix them. The owner said “they looked so natural wow” but really the gel just looked way over filled overlapping my nail beds. I’ve been trying to fix them at home for the past day reshaping them to make them at least appear less chunky but I might just call it a loss and remove them. Also, I booked for acrylic but received builder gel, I should have been given the option to choose but I guess not. Please don’t make my mistake by coming here!

So this was my salon for afew months for fake nails. I was seeing one specific girl who did a great job for about 60-70$ for a fill. I broke my arm and had to go somewhere closer to me at the time. I was finally able to go back. I was told I needed a new set instead of a fill which was 80$. I didn't care about that just needed my nails done. The girl I usually saw is no longer there so I gave the new person a shot.

I will never be back. For 86$ ( I gave a very small tip) and nearly 2 hours of sitting I have about 5 nails where the top coat isn't even on the complete nail, leaving spots that now collect dirt and are not shiny so its obvious. While there I had her fix 3 nails where I saw the top coat not being done properly. She did not double check all of them and I wanted to leave as I could tell as she was doing them I wasn't going to get better. The French tips are slightly uneven, the design I asked for (a rose) wasn't done and I was given closer to a daisy. There are bubbles in multiple nails, fluff in 1 or 2 nails, they are sharp even tho I asked for lightly rounded edges so I don't hurt myself. Ontop of all that I had about 4 or 5 nicks around my nailbeds of multiple fingers that bled lightly and now my hands are sore. There was also product left on the underside of my nails and abit around my fingers.

Extremely disappointed and it wasn't done to the standard I expect. Especially for over 80$. I will not be back which is quite sad as the original girl I worked with was lovely and did a great job but who they have now is not up to par and while she was nice and personable I would never go to her again for nails.
